How secure mobility management works

We work with you to understand your needs and make sure we create a solution that directly meets them.

Our secure, managed, end user productivity and collaboration platform is both flexible and scalable. We offer this platform:

  • on a purely cloud basis
  • through a hybrid solution, including standard cloud based productivity tools (such as MS Office 365)
  • as an on premise configuration with all data held within UK Crown hosted data centres

We offer a number of options depending on your usage needs, whether you’re looking for standard collaboration or developer configurations.

Tools and applications

We ensure effective collaboration using the MS Office 365 suite of tools. We can provide this along with supporting your devices and managing software licenses, or integrate the tools with your existing IT services and infrastructure.

When it comes to applications, we know that every team’s requirements are different. We therefore have a large catalogue of available applications, and will work closely with you to understand what you need and ‘build’ a solution for you.

Roll out

Once we’ve understood, designed and agreed your package, we’ll bring in our Service Transition team to ensure everything is rolled out smoothly.

The team understand the priorities of the project, and plan it’s delivery to make sure it meets deadlines and doesn’t disrupt your work. Following Go-Live, the team will enter into an Early Life Support (ELS) process that provides a warranty period across new Services.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

We manage and support services using our industry leading ITSM platform. We offer different options in our service model and operational hours. This allows you to select the appropriate level of support in a cost effective manner.
